Vilken typ av personuppgifter behandlar vi om dig?

För dig som bokar tid för kurs/privat träning behandlar vi namn, adress, telefon, e-postadress samt personnummer i de fall ditt valda betalningsalternativ kräver det.

 

De uppgifter jag behandlar om dig vid köp av kurs kan innefatta namn, adress, e-postadress, mobilnummer, köphistorik, kundsegment, produktval, sök- och användarbeteende på vår webbplats, ip-adress samt din kommunikation med oss.

Vi använder cookies och facebook-pixel.

Jag behandlar dina personuppgifter för köphistorik, för att skicka påminnelser om du bokat tid eller avisering om din order om du beställt varor från oss. Jag säljer inte dina uppgifter vidare.

Rätt till tillgång

Du har rätt att få en bekräftelse på om vi behandlar personuppgifter om dig, och i så fall få viss information om t.ex. varför vi behandlar uppgifterna och hur länge vi sparar dem. Du har även rätt att få en kopia på alla dina personuppgifter.

Rätt till radering och begränsning

Under vissa förutsättningar kan du ha rätt att begära att jag begränsar min behandling till lagring av dina uppgifter och inte använder dem på annat sätt, t.ex. om vi inte längre behöver personuppgifterna men du behöver dem för att kunna hävda din rätt i domstol.

 

Rätt till dataportabilitet

När jagbehandlar dina personuppgifter för att fullgöra ett avtal med dig, eller med stöd av ditt samtycke, har du rätt till så kallad dataportabilitet. Det betyder att du kan få ut dina personuppgifter i ett strukturerat och maskinläsbart format som gör att du kan flytta dina personuppgifter. Till skillnad från rätten till tillgång ingår bara sådana personuppgifter som du själv lämnat till mig.

Hur länge sparar jag dina uppgifter?

Dina personuppgifter sparas aldrig längre än vad som är tillåtet enligt gällande lagstiftning.

För att fullgöra mina förpliktelser under och efter ditt köp av en produkt: tre år från ditt senaste köp.

För marknadsföring och kundtjänstkontakt som baseras på en intresseavvägning: tolv månader från ditt senaste köp.

 

För bokföring: sju år plus innevarande år enligt gällande lagstiftning.

För samtliga rättsliga förpliktelser sparas uppgifterna så länge detta krävs enligt gällande lagstiftning.

 

Varifrån hämtas personuppgifterna?

Jag samlar in personuppgifter direkt från dig när du genomför ett köp, bokar tid med mig, kontaktar mig m.m.

 

Är det frivilligt att lämna dina personuppgifter?

Alla dina personuppgifter krävs för att du ska kunna genomföra ett köp av mina varor, eller boka tid hos mig. Personnummer behövs endast i de fall ditt valda betalningssätt kräver det (faktura, friskvårdspeng via Actiway etc).

 

Vem delar jag dina personuppgifter med?

Dina personuppgifter delar jag med företag som tillhandahåller bokningstjänst, betalningslösningar, marknadsföringsrelaterade tjänster åt mig, t.ex. för att hantera och kommunicera utskick och erbjudanden, samt IT-relaterade tjänster, t.ex. lagring och underhåll. Tjänsteföretagen får bara behandla dina personuppgifter i enlighet med våra instruktioner och får inte användas för deras egna syften.

 

Mottagarna av dina personuppgifter finns inom EU/EES.
